Job Title: Digital Media Intern Role Summary: Support the media team in creating, editing, and distributing digital content across the organization's website, social platforms, and game-day production. Assist with graphic and video creation for broadcasts, in-arena displays, and social media channels while ensuring alignment with established branding guidelines. Expactations: - Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college program related to media, communications, marketing, or a similar field. - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, when game day events occur. - Ability to obtain academic credit if applicable (coordination with institution). Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute digital media content for social channels and in-arena production. - Create graphics and videos for broadcasts, in-arena video board, website, and social media. - Manage and update social media accounts (TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). - Write stories and press releases for digital publishing. - Edit audio and video using Adobe editing software. - Repurpose content across multiple platforms in collaboration with the media team. - Generate ideas for stories, segments, and features. - Pre‑produce pre‑game segments for in-arena production. - Assist technology staff with various gameday operations. - Provide live in-game updates to social media channels. - Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills: - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.). - Basic understanding of production equipment and workflows. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in media, communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field. No specific certifications required, but familiarity with Adobe editing software is a plus.
