Job title: Career Coach Facilitator Role Summary: Lead facilitation and on‑site coordination of Ontario Career Lab sessions with Grade 9‑10 students. Required Skills: * Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and large group communication. * Strong organizational, time‑management, and adaptability skills. * Proficiency with digital coordination and reporting tools (e.g., scheduling software, data collection platforms). * Bilingual communication (English + French) – written and spoken. ASL/FSL proficiency is an asset. * Experience in youth or educational settings, career coaching, employment counselling, or workforce development. * Ability to facilitate both virtual and in‑person sessions. Required Education & Certifications: * Minimum: High‑school diploma. * Post‑secondary education in education, communications, or social sciences is an asset. * No specific certifications required, but experience in program coordination, training delivery, or facilitation (3–5 years) is preferred.
