**Job Title** Senior Customer Operations Manager **Role Summary** A 12‑month maternity cover responsible for leading a team of Customer Operations Executives, ensuring optimal service to channel‑specific accounts, meeting OTIF targets, and maintaining high standards of stakeholder communication and compliance. **Expectations** - Deliver portfolio performance against SLAs and monthly IBP targets. - Coach and develop a diverse team to achieve individual and collective goals. - Foster consistent and compliant processes across multiple brands. - Provide clear, accurate reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage daily performance of Customer Operations Executives, ensuring OTIF and SLA compliance. - Lead cross‑functional reviews of overdue and current order books, coordinating with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance. - Oversee payments, cancellations, credits, debits, invoicing, and orders, ensuring regulatory compliance. - Implement and maintain brand consistency and standardised operational practices. - Train team on systems, policies, and procedures to maintain high service quality. - Develop and maintain a standardised suite of reporting for order‑book management. - Conduct regular meetings/calls with partners and customers to review service performance and address requirements. - Act as deputy to the Head of Customer Operations when required. **Required Skills** - Proven people management, coaching, and mentoring experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders. - Advanced Excel and data reporting capabilities. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Knowledge of export regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards. - Proficiency in order‑management and ERP systems. - Detail‑oriented, deadline‑focused, and collaborative team player. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. - Professional certifications in Operations Management or Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, APICS) preferred but not mandatory.
