**Job Title** Software / App Developer – Low Code **Role Summary** Creative web‑app/software developer responsible for designing, building, testing, and documenting low‑code applications that support operations, supply chain, quality, and R&D functions in a medical‑device environment. Works closely with a small engineering team to deliver intuitive user experiences and automated workflow tools. **Expectations** - Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving confidence. - Proactive communicator who maintains organized work habits. - Ability to learn new concepts, platforms, and tools quickly. - Collaborative mindset for training, reviews, and feedback cycles. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and enhance custom low‑code web applications (e.g., Bubble.io). - Implement UI/TS/UX improvements and integrate APIs and databases. - Build automation solutions for internal workflows, reviews, and toolsets. - Conduct functional testing, gather user feedback, and identify improvement opportunities. - Document design changes, test results, and system specifications; review documentation with engineering. - Support cross‑functional integration of software solutions across operations, engineering, and product development. - Provide training and support to end‑users; contribute to continuous improvement of systems. **Required Skills** - Web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with low‑code platforms (Bubble.io preferred). - API integration and database interaction knowledge. - Basic graphic‑design/UI‑UX principles. - Strong analytical and testing skills; ability to document technical work clearly. - Excellent verbal and written communication; team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred (not mandatory). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Low‑Code Developer, Scrum/Agile) are a plus but not required.
