**Job Title:** Digital Transformation Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Drive and execute digital transformation initiatives for a diverse client base, applying expertise in data management, IT strategy, emerging technologies (AI, IoT, 5G, RPA, blockchain, quantum computing, cloud, APIs), and program governance. Work within multidisciplinary teams to design, plan, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable transformation outcomes aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate across functional teams, maintain clear communication in French and English.
- Own end‑to‑end project responsibilities: strategy definition, program scoping, execution, and post‑implementation review.
- Contribute to the firm’s internal knowledge base, business development, and thought leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Organisation & Governance** – Redesign business models, define operating frameworks, and establish governance structures for sustainable digital adoption.
2. **Strategic Transformation & Program Management** – Develop digital roadmaps, define milestones, scope projects, and monitor delivery against objectives.
3. **Operational Performance** – Optimize customer journeys, streamline processes, apply Lean Management, conduct audits, and recommend operational improvements.
4. **Economic Performance** – Build business cases, perform benchmarking, and identify financial optimization levers.
5. **Internal Development** – Create and refine service offerings, support RFP responses and proposals, produce internal and external publications, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proven experience in consulting or change management projects.
- Expertise in digital technologies: data analytics, AI, IoT, 5G, RPA, blockchain, quantum computing, cloud platforms, API integration.
- Program and project management skills (scope, schedule, budget, risk).
- Lean/Kaizen process improvement knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, openness to learning, and a commitment to excellence.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s level (Bac+5) from a leading engineering school, business school, or university.
- Preferable prior consulting experience.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2), agile (Scrum Master), or relevant digital domains are advantageous.
