**Job Title**
Final Year Internship – Data Advisory Consultant
**Role Summary**
Support cross‑functional data advisory teams in designing and implementing data strategies, governance, and technology solutions for clients across industries (transport, energy, finance, public sector, tech). Analyze data maturity, develop roadmaps, and help embed data‑driven culture and product ownership. Contribute to internal service development and thought leadership.
**Expectations**
- Complete a 3‑month internship with daily client and project involvement.
- Deliver actionable recommendations and documentation for data strategy, governance, and architecture.
- Demonstrate analytical rigor, teamwork, and communication in French and English.
- Grow expertise in data transformation and be ready for a potential full‑time offer.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct data maturity assessments and define data strategy roadmaps.
- Assist in establishing Data Office frameworks: roles, policies, compliance, KPIs.
- Structure data models, create data maps, harmonize taxonomies, and catalogue assets (Excel, Collibra).
- Evaluate and recommend data infrastructure: clouds, ETL, orchestrators.
- Design and deliver data academy programs to upskill client teams.
- Build use‑case roadmaps, support data product delivery and product‑owner processes.
- Contribute to internal capabilities: training, publication, bid support, and new service development.
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.
- Comfortable with data concepts: strategy, governance, modelling, infrastructure, and culture.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (both verbal and written).
- Team orientation, curiosity, and adaptability.
- Basic familiarity with data catalog tools (Collibra, Excel) and cloud/ETL technologies.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top engineering, business, or university program (France or equivalent).
- Preferable prior internship or project experience in consulting or IT transformation related to digital or data initiatives.
- No specific certifications required, though knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, ISO 38500) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
