**Job Title:** Head of AI Enablement
**Role Summary:**
Lead J.D. Power’s enterprise-wide AI adoption, governance, and enablement strategy. This executive role bridges technology, business transformation, and responsible innovation, establishing frameworks, operating models, and tools that enable scalable, safe, and impactful AI adoption across the organization.
**Expectations:**
- Own the AI adoption portfolio, from intake through value realization.
- Serve as chief advisor to executive leadership on AI strategy, governance, and investment priorities.
- Build and grow the AI Enablement Hub and a network of AI champions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and operationalize AI governance, policies, guardrails, and responsible‑use guidelines.
- Lead the AI Steering Committee, prioritizing initiatives, policies, and enterprise investments.
- Build the enterprise AI tool strategy—evaluate, pilot, and deploy productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude).
- Develop integration patterns for AI services in multi‑cloud environments aligned with organization standards.
- Establish a use‑case intake process, qualify opportunities, and route them between Hub‑led enablement and product development.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with business units, CDAO, IT, Legal, Risk, HR, and Communications.
- Track and report AI adoption metrics, training progress, and business impact.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and manage policy edge cases.
- Translate complex AI concepts into business‑relevant narratives for executives and non‑technical teams.
- Build and lead the AI Enablement Hub team and champion network.
- Partner with HR on AI skills development, learning pathways, and workforce enablement.
**Required Skills:**
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML adoption, AI product management, or enterprise AI implementation.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs and transformation initiatives.
- Experience establishing new functions, centers of excellence, or operating models.
- Deep understanding of agentic systems, reasoning‑capable models, and enterprise AI orchestration platforms.
- Ability to assess emerging capabilities and translate technical implications into strategic advantage.
- Strong influence and collaboration across business and technical teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication: comfortable presenting to executive leadership, facilitating workshops, and producing clear documentation.
- Experience driving large‑scale technology adoption and organizational change.
- Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, or responsible AI frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Gemini Enterprise, Claude, or ChatGPT Enterprise is preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Relevant degree in technology, business, data science, or related field is an asset but not required; equivalent experience accepted. No specific certifications mandated, though experience with AI governance or responsible AI frameworks is desirable.
