**Job Title:** Web Developer
**Role Summary:**
Full‑stack developer responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s customer‑facing website and related microsites. Ensures brand‑consistent, performant, secure, and accessible web experiences while collaborating with marketing, design, and IT teams.
**Expactations:**
- Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience.
- Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Proactive learning of emerging web technologies, SEO/AEO, CRO, and AI tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, modify, and maintain website UI/UX using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow.
- Create and integrate new microsites, landing pages, and multimedia content.
- Implement and manage marketing campaigns and features via HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs and other web applications.
- Optimize site performance, SEO/AEO, page speed, accessibility, and cross‑browser responsiveness.
- Conduct routine testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliability.
- Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and apply performance insights.
- Manage integrations with third‑party platforms and APIs; coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Oversee version control, releases, and overall site security in partnership with IT.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Webflow.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Facebook Business Suite).
- Knowledge of web performance optimization, SEO/AEO best practices, CRO, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to integrate APIs and work with third‑party services.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience acceptable.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Webflow) are a plus but not required.
