**Job Title:** Marketing Manager, Events **Role Summary:** Oversees strategic planning, coordination, and execution of event portfolios to amplify brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business objectives. Focuses on tradeshows, recruiting events, partner engagements, and executive experiences. **Expectations:** - Own annual event portfolio strategy, budget, and timeline. - Align event content and messaging with organizational priorities. - Deliver measurable outcomes for customer, partner, and talent audiences. - Ensure brand standards and mission are reflected in all event experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end event execution (logistics, vendor contracts, staffing, lead capture). - Oversee event design and on-site operations, including booth design, trade show operations, and experiential activations. - Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and talent teams. - Negotiate vendor contracts, manage budgets, and maintain stakeholder alignment. - Analyze event performance data to optimize ROI and improve engagement. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in event management/tradeshow operations, with experience in technology, defense, or robotics sectors. - Expertise in budget management, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor negotiation. - Creative ideation and execution for high-impact physical and digital event experiences. - Strong understanding of brand storytelling and spatial design. - Proficiency in event performance measurement and ROI analysis. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. - Demonstrated track record in managing event strategies and delivering scalable outcomes. - Preferred: Experience with international events and global trade compliance.
