Job Description
**Job title:** Commercial Real Estate Specialist **Role Summary:** Act as a property sales and lettings consultant, managing the full cycle of residential property transactions from client acquisition to closure. Drive new business development, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with banks, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant transactions. **Expactations:** - Deliver consistent sales/lettings volumes in a commission‑only environment. - Maintain professional appearance and uphold high ethical standards. - Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward business growth. - Possess a UK driving licence and own vehicle (company vehicle can be provided at own expense). **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather property information and initiate marketing material creation. - Stay current on Dubai residential property regulations and market trends. - Conduct property valuations and attend/view properties for buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords. - Negotiate offers from viewings to final agreement, ensuring client satisfaction. - Monitor sales progress with Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams. - Perform follow‑up care calls after each viewing. - Generate new business via database outreach and networking. - Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors, and other agencies throughout transactions. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and spoken English communication. - Excellent networking, interpersonal, and team‑playing abilities. - Positive, hardworking attitude and strong work ethic. - Presentable, professional demeanor with smart business attire. - Fluency in a second language is advantageous. - Experience in sales is beneficial but not mandatory. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum secondary education; any real estate or sales-related qualification is a plus. - UK driving licence required.
