Support both front‑of‑house and bar operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high standards of hospitality. **Expectations:** - Availability for part‑time, flexible hours across various venues. - Minimum age 18; adherence to all alcohol‑service regulations. - Positive, enthusiastic “can‑do” attitude. - Reliable attendance; punctual and consistent. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet guests, present menus and take orders accurately. - Prepare and serve food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) following established procedures. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas. - Manage cash and card transactions, open and close registers. - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. - Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and support staff to meet service deadlines. - Assist in setting up and de‑commissioning event areas. **Required Skills:** - Excellent verbal communication and active listening. - Attention to detail and service accuracy. - Ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced, multicultural environments. - Friendly, conversational, confident demeanor. - Basic math and cash-handling proficiency. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Completed secondary education (A‑levels or equivalent). - Right to work in the UK. - Minimum age 18 (no further certifications required).
