Job Description
**Job Title** Business Analyst – Automation & AI Enablement **Role Summary** Lead cross‑functional analysis, design, and delivery of process automation and AI solutions that improve productivity, consistency and client service for the organization. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, overseeing discovery workshops, process mapping, requirements definition, solution adoption, and impact tracking. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable efficiencies across multiple service lines. - Maintain ownership of end‑to‑end processes, ensuring documentation and solutions are updated and aligned with best practices. - Champion continuous improvement, standardizing reusable patterns for workflows, prompts, and controls. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct stakeholder engagement, facilitation of workshops, interviews, and working sessions to capture pain points, constraints, data needs and desired outcomes. - Document As‑Is and To‑Be processes using flowcharts, swimlanes, BPMN, identifying bottlenecks, duplication and control gaps. - Identify, evaluate and prioritize automation and AI opportunities; collaborate with technology teams to translate requirements into backlog items. - Support adoption of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, GenAI) for drafting, summarisation, triage, search and reporting; define guardrails for usage. - Create detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures and benefits cases. - Coordinate solution design, prioritisation and delivery plans; support UAT, training, communications and rollout activities. - Track and report benefits (time saved, error reduction, cycle‑time improvements, client experience uplift). - Maintain and update process documentation; ensure solutions are operationalised and owned. - Identify standardisation opportunities across service lines, develop templates, workflows, prompts and controls. - Contribute to the pipeline of automation/AI opportunities and support governance of continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - Proven experience as Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar. - Strong facilitation skills with workshop and stakeholder interview experience. - Ability to translate business requirements into clear As‑Is/To‑Be documentation and functional specifications. - Demonstrated collaboration with technology/IT teams to deliver change initiatives. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and outcome‑focused mindset. - Strong written and verbal communication; capability to tailor messaging for varied audiences. - Capacity to manage competing priorities across multiple service lines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field. - Professional certifications preferred: BCS Business Analysis, IIBA Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green), Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI‑ACP). ---
