Job Description
Job title: Senior Data Analyst Role Summary: Lead data-driven decision-making by designing scalable data models, building impactful dashboards, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Expectations: - Deliver high-quality analytical solutions end-to-end. - Partner with cross‑functional teams to align analytics with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain advanced SQL-based data models. - Build and optimise Tableau dashboards for internal and client reporting. - Work within AWS/Redshift environments and ELT pipelines. - Collaborate with engineering teams to scope and implement data pipeline changes. - Translate complex data into clear, strategic insights for senior stakeholders. - Define, track, and report on KPIs to support performance monitoring. - Ensure data accuracy, governance, and adherence to reporting best practices. Required Skills: - 4+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. - Advanced SQL expertise and data modelling (star schema, fact/dimension). - Proven Tableau dashboard development and optimisation. - Experience with AWS, Redshift, and ELT workflows. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and own analytics initiatives end‑to‑end. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty) preferred.
