**Job title:** Revenue Systems (Salesforce) Administrator **Role Summary:** Own and evolve the global Revenue Engine through Salesforce platform ownership, process automation, and integration management. Drive end‑to‑end efficiency of the lead‑to‑cash lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and actionable revenue intelligence. **Expectations:** - Deliver scalable, high‑performance Salesforce solutions that support a multi‑product, global revenue model. - Foster continuous improvement of user experience, data quality, and revenue insight. - Maintain disciplined release governance, technical hygiene, and clear documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the Salesforce roadmap, converting complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Design, build, and automate workflows (Flow, Process Builder) to streamline sales processes and reduce manual effort. - Manage integration ecosystem (Outreach, Pardot, Nue.io, ZoomInfo, Clay, Zapier) ensuring seamless data flow and integrity. - Lead release lifecycle: sandbox strategy, version control (DevOps Center, Copado, Salto), testing, and change communication. - Build data architecture for revenue intelligence, predictive signals, and performance dashboards. - Audit and eliminate technical debt (fields, flows, stale data) to maintain system performance. - Train users on platform changes and document processes/roadmap outcomes. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce Platform ownership (admin, declarative dev). - Advanced Salesforce Flow, AI integration (Agentforce, GTM agents). - GTM stack integration (Outreach.io, Pardot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Zapier). - Quote‑to‑Cash experience (Nue.io, DealHub, Salesforce CPQ). - Custom object design, schema architecture, and scalability planning. - Release governance: sandbox, version control, CI/CD tools. - Technical debt assessment and remediation. - Strong consultative communication, user‑centric mindset, autonomous remote delivery, and prioritization. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Salesforce Administrator Certification (required). - Additional certification in Flow (Salesforce Advanced Administrator) or relevant GTM tool certifications preferred.
