**Job Title** Global Brand & Communications Lead **Role Summary** Lead the development and global scaling of a high‑impact, science‑driven brand in the neurotechnology/healthtech sector. Own brand positioning, perception, and communications strategy across key international markets (US, Europe, and other territories), driving awareness, thought leadership, and commercial influence. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable brand growth and recognition in targeted markets. - Create and sustain a unified brand voice aligned with product science and consumer intent. - Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, media relations, and influencer collaborations to amplify reach. - Sync brand initiatives with performance marketing to generate commercial results. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute global brand positioning and perception strategy. - Drive PR, press, and thought‑leadership campaigns to secure top‑tier media coverage. - Shape organic content strategy and storytelling for multi‑channel platforms. - Oversee in‑house brand and communications teams and external agency partners. - Measure brand performance, linking metrics to commercial outcomes. - Identify and establish high‑value strategic partnerships (e.g., research institutions, industry bodies). **Required Skills** - Proven experience building credible, science‑based brands in consumer health or biotech. - Track record scaling brands in the US and Europe, including direct media and influencer success. - Deep understanding of both traditional and modern brand playbooks. - Experience in brand impact measurement and tying insights to revenue or growth metrics. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Financial discipline with ability to allocate budgets for brand impact. - Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performance brand teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. - Advanced qualification (MBA, Marketing Executive Program) preferred. ---
