Oversee analytics strategy, data quality, tooling, and team performance while fostering a data‑driven culture across the studio. **Expectations:** - Deliver timely, high‑quality analysis and dashboards that influence strategic decisions. - Build and maintain a robust analytics roadmap aligned with studio priorities. - Mentor and grow a small data analytics team, ensuring adoption of best practices. - Work cross‑functionally with Game, UA, Monetization, SDK, and Engineering to define and meet analytical needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects for maximum impact. - Gather requirements from stakeholders, design tailored analytical solutions, and produce clear visualizations. - Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data relevance, optimize data pipelines, and source new data streams. - Automate key dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. - Lead analysis of games across soft‑launch to live operations, covering user acquisition, retention, and monetization. - Mentor team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning. - Champion a data‑driven culture by training operating teams and sharing insights with broader Ubisoft data groups. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in SQL and Python (mandatory). - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent). - Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure. - Familiarity with machine learning and big‑data technologies is advantageous. - Prior experience as a data analyst in the video‑game industry (mandatory). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. - Autonomous, proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical field. - Professional certifications in SQL, Python, or data‑visualization platforms are a plus.
