Job Description
**Job Title** ServiceNow Product Owner **Role Summary** Lead client-facing product ownership for ServiceNow Employee Workflows (HRSD, Employee Center). Facilitate discovery, define requirements, drive best‑practice implementation, and ensure high‑quality deployment and adoption across engagements. **Expectations** - 3+ years ServiceNow platform experience with deep knowledge of the product suite. - 8+ years consulting with clients, preferably ServiceNow, and proven Agile delivery. - Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to independently lead workshops, gather requirements, and guide configuration. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct functional discovery and process workshops using Agile methodology. - Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. - Advocate best‑practice processes, identify optimization opportunities. - Facilitate training, create functional guides, and support end‑user adoption. - Oversee UAT, support functional testing, deployment, and go‑live activities. - Serve as business‑process SME throughout the engagement lifecycle. - Assist sales efforts when required. **Required Skills** - ServiceNow platform mastery (HRSD, Employee Center, and broader suite). - Certified ServiceNow CSA or higher. - Agile facilitation: sprint planning, backlog grooming, epic decomposition, story estimation. - Workshop and meeting leadership (client and internal). - Experience with code migration oversight and defect remediation. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CSA) or higher ServiceNow certification. - ITIL v3/v4 certification (desired). - Preference for additional ServiceNow application experience. ---
