Job Title: Senior Implementation Leader
Job Description: **Job Title** Senior Implementation Leader **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end enterprise SaaS implementation for airline partners, formalise and scale delivery processes, manage a small implementation team, and act as the primary client contact to ensure on‑time, high‑quality go‑live outcomes. **Expectations** - Deliver 90‑day go‑live targets for all active projects. - Drive adoption within the first 30 days and sustain engagement over 90 days. - Simultaneously manage 3–4 concurrent implementations without compromising partner experience. - Produce a documented, trainable delivery framework independent of individual knowledge. - Accelerate team skill growth through structured development plans. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, document and continuously improve a step‑by‑step delivery playbook with clear SOPs and ownership. - Establish a transparent project tracking system for accountability and status reporting. - Own partnership implementation lifecycle: kickoff, discovery, configuration demos, training, stakeholder check‑ins, and final go‑live. - Hold customers and internal teams accountable to defined deliverables and timelines. - Prioritise must‑have features to protect scope and schedule. - Lead, coach, and develop Implementation Specialists, delivering tailored growth plans. - Advocate for customer delivery needs internally, coordinating with Sales, Product, IT, and Contracts to remove blockers. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS delivery or comparable professional services. - Strong stakeholder management and executive presence for senior corporate audiences. - Process‑driven mindset with proven ability to build and enforce documentation, deadlines, and tracking. - Excellent communication under pressure, with the ability to present and “sell” plans. - Social resilience: composure in handling pushback, scope changes, and challenging personalities. - Persistence, organization, humility, curiosity, and a coaching orientation. - Subject‑matter expert on the partner’s industry (aviation experience a plus). - Technical fluency with the AireXpert Operating System: ability to configure, demonstrate, and train. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or SAFe Practitioner are preferred but not mandatory.
