Spa Manager
**Role Summary**
The Spa Manager leads the daily operations of the premium “My Blend” spa at a 4‑star hotel until the end of the 2026 contract. They are responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized wellness experience for guests, managing the spa team, ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and brand standards, and achieving financial targets.
**Expectations**
- Uphold and promote the luxury spa brand.
- Deliver outstanding guest service with consistency and professionalism.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team.
- Manage financial performance, including revenue, cost, and inventory control.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and product regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise all daily spa operations: reception, treatment delivery, and facility upkeep.
- Plan staffing schedules, set performance objectives, and conduct staff performance reviews.
- Manage inventory of products and supplies, place timely orders, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Ensure service standards, treatment protocols, and hygiene practices meet brand and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial metrics, process daily operating reports, and work toward profitability targets.
- Facilitate regular staff training on treatments, products, and customer service.
- Resolve guest complaints and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Promote spa services through collaborations with hotel departments and marketing initiatives.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Certified Spa Manager (e.g., ASI‑C, AAT, or equivalent) or equivalent professional credential.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing a spa or luxury wellness facility, preferably in a hotel environment.
