Job Description

Job Title: UX/UI Designer Role Summary: Design and refine user interfaces and user experiences for digital products, ensuring high usability and aesthetic quality across mobile and desktop platforms. Expactations: Deliver end‑to‑end design solutions, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, conduct user research and testing, iterate designs based on data and feedback, and maintain a human‑first, solutions‑oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs from concept through hand‑off. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze usage data to inform design decisions. • Partner with product managers and engineers to define features, optimize UI flow, and balance design value against implementation complexity. • Iterate improvements based on testing results, analytics, and stakeholder feedback. • Maintain visual design consistency across platforms and ensure accessibility compliance. • Collaborate in cross‑functional teams, contributing to product strategy and roadmap. Required Skills: • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.). • Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills. • Experience in user research, usability testing, and data‑driven iteration. • Solid understanding of interaction design principles and mobile/desktop UI patterns. • Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and developers. • Reasoning ability, first‑principle thinking, and detail focus. • Strong sense of drive, initiative, and ownership. • Team player with transparency, reliability, and collaborative spirit. • Proficient in English (reading, speaking, writing). Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. • Relevant design portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design process and visual excellence.
