Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Client Development Manager **Role Summary:** Strategic senior manager responsible for driving commercial growth across existing and prospective client portfolios. Acts as a trusted advisor, developing and executing pipeline initiatives, cross‑selling corporate governance and registry services, and fostering high‑value, long‑term client partnerships. **Expectations:** - Lead proactive client development programmes (Existing Client Programme – ECP, Future Client Programme – FCP). - Deliver measurable revenue growth and client retention. - Influence senior stakeholders across regions and time zones. - Maintain accurate sales reporting and continuously improve sales processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles for ECP and FCP opportunities: prospect identification, solution design, win, and implementation. - Coordinate internal stakeholders to meet agreed outcomes and drive cross‑selling of services. - Identify, plan, and execute targeted events and communications to boost market visibility and ROI. - Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects to expand pipeline. - Monitor market and competitor trends; adjust sales tactics for high‑impact activity. - Conduct client meetings to strengthen relationships and advance opportunities. - Keep Salesforce data current; recommend enhancements to improve sales effectiveness. - Provide regular regional and global sales performance reports. **Required Skills:** - Strategic commercial mindset with proven ability to generate sustainable revenue. - Expertise in managing complex, high‑value client portfolios and driving growth. - Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with senior executives. - Excellent stakeholder management across multiple locations and time zones. - Proficiency in Salesforce (data entry, reporting, process improvement). - Ability to analyze market/competitor data and translate insights into sales actions. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s preferred) **or** equivalent significant work experience. - Demonstrated senior client‑facing leadership experience in a sizable commercial or financial services organization, preferably with global exposure.
