**Job Title** Territory Sales Manager **Role Summary** Account for strategic sales and business development within a defined geographic territory. Build and maintain relationships with retail outlets and medical professionals, deliver product knowledge, and achieve annual sales targets through consultative selling and customer support. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed yearly sales goals and performance standards. - Manage expense budgets and sales reporting within set guidelines. - Demonstrate professional image and uphold organizational values. - Frequently travel within territory (30–40% travel) and operate own vehicle. **Key Responsibilities** - Grow sales of medical compression stockings across pharmacies and DME stores. - Provide education and support to fitters, pharmacists, nurses, surgeons, and other stakeholders. - Consult customers on product use, positioning, and solutions to enhance business performance. - Conduct “Healthy Leg Days” with product measurement and fitting. - Ensure appropriate merchandising of product displays in retail settings. - Prospect new clients and enhance territory productivity. - Participate in conferences, seminars, and educational events to raise awareness. - Capture market and competitive intelligence. - Maintain sales data in electronic reporting systems and comply with call guidelines. - Manage appointments efficiently to optimize travel time. **Required Skills** - Strong relationship building and strategic communication. - Proven negotiation and closing skills. - In‑depth product knowledge and the ability to sell a full line. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities. - Customer‑service focused problem‑solving. - Ability to multitask, organized, and work independently. - Out‑of‑the‑box thinking and solution orientation. - Flexible, teamwork oriented, and resilient to change. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - 2–5 years of sales or account management experience with a record of exceeding targets. - Own vehicle and ability to handle the physical demands of setting up show booths and product demonstrations.
