Key Responsibilities: • Identify, screen, and select prospective tenants. • Coordinate property viewings and present lease terms. • Negotiate and finalize rental agreements. • Conduct move‑in inspections and document property condition. • Liaise with landlords to understand property inventory and requirements. • Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly. • Maintain accurate rental records and generate reports. • Foster long‑term client relationships to encourage renewals. • Stay informed about local rental regulations and market trends.
