About the Company

Tryon Environnement est spécialisé dans la gestion des biodéchets alimentaires. Nous gérons l’ensemble du processus (collecte, traitement, valorisation), pour offrir à nos clients un service qui réduit le coût logistique, environnemental et économique de la collecte des biodéchets en ville.

Pour relever ce défi, nous avons développé les unités Modul'O, une solution de micro-méthanisation en zone urbaine qui permet de transformer les biodéchets en biogaz, GNV et en digestat. Installées au plus proche des producteurs de biodéchets alimentaires, en périphérie des villes, elles permettent leur traitement en proximité, sur un seul et même site.

Grâce à cette innovation, Tryon Environnement créé des boucles d’économie circulaires locales et aide ses clients à remplir leur obligation de tri à la source des biodéchets alimentaires.

Job Description
**Job Title** Multidisciplinary Project Manager – New Equipment and Services **Role Summary** Lead cross‑functional projects that drive the conception, design and deployment of innovative equipment, services and processes. Work closely with founders and internal teams (engineering, marketing, IT), external partners and industry stakeholders to translate market needs into viable technical and business solutions. **Expectations** - Own project lifecycles from concept through execution. - Maintain rigorous alignment with business goals, technical feasibility and regulatory frameworks. - Deliver actionable insights, performance indicators and recommendations to senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct market and target‑audience research; interview prospective clients to refine product/service concepts. - Analyse waste‑tax regimes (Teom, Reom) and local tax structures; evaluate opportunities for public‑sector compensation. - Identify and engage compatible partners for new CO₂‑related services; assess technical and economic constraints. - Co‑design service architecture across technical solutions, logistics and sales terms. - Develop alternatives to conventional soil‑spreading plans (thermal, biochemistry, agronomy); produce state‑of‑the‑art studies and comparative analyses. - Create parameterised Excel models and decision‑support tools; conduct experiments and pilot tests. - Facilitate communication and documentation across engineering, marketing, IT and other functions. - Draft formal project documentation, progress reports and executive summaries. **Required Skills** - Fluency in French (verbal and written). - Proficiency with office productivity suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital collaboration tools. - Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesise complex information and formalise requirements. - Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and adaptable to a multidisciplinary environment. - Experience in project management, preferably in technology or services development. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor +4/5 (equivalent) in engineering, business or a multidisciplinary field. - Certificate of project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is an advantage but not mandatory. ---
