**Job Title** Associate Data Analyst – Data Input (Solvency II) **Role Summary** Capture, validate, and enter financial data from UK and European insurers into a bespoke database. Perform detailed data extraction from regulatory filings and company reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal methodology. Support the International Data Team by providing reliable inputs for rating processes and data products. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality data on schedule. - Maintain strict accuracy and adherence to data standards. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Continuously improve data capture processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Validate regulatory data (Solvency UK/II) submitted by insurers. - Extract financial information from insurers’ reports and accounts. - Manually input and reconcile data into the custom database. - Ensure all entries comply with company methodology and quality controls. - Collaborate with internal teams on market briefing, research, and data provision. **Required Skills** - Strong comprehension of insurance financial statements and reporting. - Proficiency in Excel and other data‑handling tools. - Excellent prioritisation, multi‑tasking, and time‑management. - Detail‑oriented with a high standard of accuracy. - Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Actuarial Studies.
