Job Description
**Job Title**: Business Development Associate (Alternating Program) **Role Summary** Execute and drive commercial growth for a sports products retail outlet by delivering client service, optimizing merchandising, managing inventory, and launching promotions. Collaborate with store management and partners to boost profitability and brand presence through omni‑channel actions. **Expectations** - Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability. - Maintain high client satisfaction and service standards. - Demonstrate initiative in process improvement and sales strategy. - Participate actively in team meetings and cross‑functional projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Greet, consult, and support customers in‑store. - Optimize in‑store merchandising and manage product displays. - Monitor and replenish inventory, ensuring stock availability. - Design and implement tailored local commercial offers. - Coordinate omni‑channel sales initiatives (online & offline). - Prospect, engage, and retain partners and key accounts. - Analyze performance indicators and report insights to management. **Required Skills** - Proven commercial acumen and sales mindset. - Strong customer service orientation. - Knowledge or keen interest in the sports industry. - Team player with natural leadership traits. - Analytical ability to assess sales metrics. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Business Development (or related field), preferably in the 3rd year. - Validation of the program’s selection process is required.
