Job Description

Job title: Consultant Intern – Banking Sector Role Summary: Junior consultancy role focused on human‑centric transformation for financial institutions (banks, insurers). The intern will support senior consultants in diagnosing operational challenges, designing and executing change initiatives, and delivering strategic and regulatory transformation projects over a six‑month period starting May 2026. Expectations: 6‑month structured internship with the potential for a full‑time offer upon completion. Requires proactive engagement, rapid learning, and a strong professional ethic. Must collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and maintain fluency in English. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and optimize client organizational structures and business processes. - Design and implement change management plans to enhance stakeholder engagement. - Co‑author strategy proposals and support their execution. - Coordinate regulatory transformation initiatives and ensure compliance alignment. - Lead or co‑lead complex projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. - Contribute to boutique development: prospecting, proposal drafting, offer design, internal communications, or talent initiatives (as desired). Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. - Project management and change‑management acumen. - Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills. - High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and rigor. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). Required Education & Certifications: - Final‑year university student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. - Academic evidence of disciplined study and analytical aptitude. - No mandatory certifications, though familiarity with consulting methodologies (e.g., McKinsey, BCG frameworks) is advantageous.
