**Job Title**
Marketing & Communication Intern
**Role Summary**
Internal marketing and communication intern in a fast‑growing MedTech scale‑up. Supports brand strategy, digital content, B2B and B2B2C marketing, event planning, lead generation, and market analysis to drive global reach and local adoption of a non‑invasive medical device.
**Expectations**
- Work under the marketing director in a rotating, hands‑on capacity.
- Deliver measurable results on key performance indicators (KPI) for campaigns, webinars, and content.
- Learn industry‑specific regulations, medical terminology, and commercial best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in implementing the international brand strategy and ensuring cross‑channel message consistency.
- Create and edit marketing collateral (videos, brochures, presentations, social media assets).
- Support B2B activities: coordinate webinars, digital events, and international conference presence; produce event‑related materials.
- Engage professional communities on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email; manage community calendars and content.
- Contribute to lead generation, lead qualification, and basic CRM data maintenance.
- Analyze marketing KPIs, produce short reports, and propose optimization actions.
- Provide B2B2C support: develop local‑market kits, help distributors and centers with patient‑focused campaigns.
- Produce corporate content for LinkedIn and other social platforms; help maintain the company website and apply SEO best practices.
- Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Work with sales on interactive commercial materials; collect field feedback for continuous improvement.
**Required Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication in French and English (written and spoken).
- Basic proficiency in digital marketing tools: social media management, e‑mail marketing platforms, CRM, Google Analytics.
- Ability to produce creative, clear, and persuasive marketing content.
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling data, tracking KPIs, and reporting insights.
- Self‑directed, collaborative, and adaptable in a dynamic, growth‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with MedTech or high‑tech product marketing is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (BSc or equivalent).
- Completed coursework or internship in marketing, communications, or business development preferred.
- Knowledge of international market dynamics and regulatory landscape for medical devices (advantage).
