Job Description

Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator – Industrial Furniture ETI Role Summary Coordinate sales operations to ensure accurate pricing, product data, and operational tools that drive revenue growth and commercial excellence across retail, wholesale, and e‑commerce channels. Expectations - Deliver reliable, consistent sales data and tools for both France and export markets. - Meet defined production timelines for pricing documents and product data matrices. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, IT, and finance teams to align on pricing strategies and data integrity. Key Responsibilities - Manage pricing documents and product data matrices (tariff sheets, EAN codes, product attributes, bundles). - Prepare and format annual pricing documents for France and export, working with marketing, finance, and partner networks. - Update and maintain all sales supports and data repositories. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and synchronization across CRM and other IT systems. - Coordinate with e‑commerce/distribution partners to align pricing and data requirements. Required Skills - 2‑5 years in Sales Operations, structured sales administration, or commercial coordination. - Strong data orientation and experience with information systems. - Proficiency in CRM (preferably Salesforce) and familiarity with PIM/DAM solutions. - Advanced Excel skills (complex matrices, pricing logic). - Results‑focused with analytical and organizational mindset. - Effective communication and proven ability to work cross‑functionally. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. - Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent CRM certification preferred.
