**Job Title:** Full‑Stack Web Developer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and maintain the company’s marketing website and associated web applications. Combine responsive front‑end interfaces with robust back‑end logic to deliver fast, reliable, and engaging user experiences across devices and browsers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain scalable full‑stack web solutions for the marketing website.
- Implement interactive front‑end features using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js).
- Develop back‑end logic (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar) to support data flow, page rendering, and third‑party integrations.
- Translate design mockups into responsive, cross‑browser code.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and uptime; conduct regular performance audits.
- Resolve bugs, inefficiencies, and user‑experience issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on digital strategies, product launches, and campaign rollouts.
- Set up and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Netlify, Vercel).
- Monitor site health, ensure stable deployments, and scale resources during traffic spikes.
- Contribute to automated regression testing and functional assurance.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front‑end frameworks.
- Back‑end development experience with Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or equivalent.
- Experience with API integration, headless CMS platforms, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Version control (Git), build tools, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, automated testing, and deployment best practices.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute for formal education on a year‑for‑year basis.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, React Developer) are a plus but not mandatory.
