**Job Title** Frontend Developer **Role Summary** Design and develop high‑converting landing pages using Unbounce and maintain WordPress‑based company websites. Blend UI creativity with clean front‑end coding, implement tracking, enhance UX with custom JavaScript, and support marketing automation workflows. Own tasks from inception to delivery and collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Expectations** - Deliver pixel‑perfect, responsive pages that meet A/B testing needs. - Own the end‑to‑end process of project delivery with minimal supervision. - Communicate progress and technical details clearly in meetings. - Maintain site performance, security, and accessibility standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and build visually engaging landing pages for lead generation. - Convert wireframes/design files into responsive HTML/CSS/JS. - Implement custom JavaScript/jQuery for enhanced functionality. - Integrate tracking pixels, analytics, and third‑party scripts. - Develop and maintain WordPress themes and plugins from scratch. - Manage site performance, stability, and security updates. - Integrate APIs and external data sources as required. - Build and maintain simple automation workflows (Retool, Zapier). - Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize site performance. - Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility guidelines. **Required Skills** - Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Strong experience building WordPress themes/plugins. - API integration knowledge and domain management basics. - Responsive, mobile‑first design implementation. - Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards. - Debugging and problem‑solving aptitude. - Ability to translate designs into clean, maintainable code. - Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No mandatory certifications; version control experience (Git) preferred.
