Job Description
Job Title: CRM Operations Manager Role Summary: Oversee the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring data integrity, process standardization, and tool optimization primarily within Salesforce and HubSpot to drive operational efficiency and business performance. Expectations: - Several years of experience administrating Salesforce (mandatory). - Working knowledge or strong willingness to learn HubSpot. - Ability to interpret cross‑functional business needs and translate them into pragmatic CRM solutions. - Rigorous, detail‑oriented mindset with a strong data governance focus. - Self‑directed problem‑solver who collaborates closely with key GTM teams and a strategic partner in business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain health and evolve features of Salesforce and HubSpot (fields, properties, workflows). - Ensure reliable synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce. - Secure lead quality and structure for smooth transfer to Sales. - Design, implement and monitor dashboards and performance metrics for Sales. - Automate low‑value repetitive tasks across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. - Structure client follow‑up and delivery workflows within Customer Success. - Manage integrations with third‑party tools (Aircall, Calendly, Intercom, Brevo, Google Sheets, Zapier/Make, etc.). - Facilitate tool adoption and provide expertise to internal teams. - Partner with strategic business operations to align with overarching business goals and support continuous improvement.
