Job Description: **Job Title:** Business Development Intern – Bar Expansion (Paris) **Role Summary:** Support the COO in accelerating the acquisition of new partner bars in Paris for a fast‑growing nightlife startup. After an initial observation period, independently conduct field prospecting, negotiate contracts, onboard venues onto the platform, and relay on‑site feedback. **Expectations:** - Self‑motivated and autonomous with reliable follow‑through. - Strong verbal communication; comfortable handling rejection. - Passion for the bar/nightlife scene. - Enrolled in a business school or equivalent program; able to sign an internship agreement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct on‑site prospecting visits to bars and present the platform’s value proposition. - Perform follow‑ups and negotiate partnership agreements. - Onboard signed venues onto the mobile app and ensure successful integration. - Collect and transmit field feedback to product and operations teams. - Manage personal sales route after initial training (weeks 3‑8). **Required Skills:** - Excellent oral presentation and negotiation abilities. - Resilience and ability to handle frequent refusals. - Independent work style with strong organizational skills. - Basic proficiency with CRM or similar tracking tools. - Ability to navigate Paris neighborhoods for field visits. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (business school or equivalent). - Must have a valid French internship contract (convention de stage).
