Job Title: Social Media & Influence Apprentice Role Summary: Support the Social Media & Influence team in creating, planning, and executing content and influencer campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Manage community engagement, coordinate shoots and events, track trends, and deliver strategic recommendations to enhance clients’ digital presence. Expectations: - Produce high‑quality, trend‑ahead content across multiple platforms. - Adapt quickly between screen‑based creation and on‑camera production. - Maintain flawless copy and strong visual storytelling. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners. - Deliver projects on time while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ideate, write, and edit compelling posts, captions, and scripts for clients in beauty, food, retail, and home‑care sectors. 2. Organize and run photo shoots, event productions, and video shoots, coordinating talent, equipment, and logistics. 3. Monitor emerging social media trends, providing actionable insights for strategy development. 4. Design and manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns: concept, casting, execution, performance measurement. 5. Perform community management duties: content moderation, scheduled publishing, paid promotion setup, and analytics reporting. 6. Contribute to strategic planning, collaborating with the planning team to align social media and influence initiatives. Required Skills: - Excellent writing and copy‑editing skills with impeccable grammar. - Proficiency in video and photo editing, graphic design, and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva). - Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and community management tools. - Basic understanding of influencer marketing, casting, and campaign analytics. - Comfortable on camera; experience with live interviews or street‑style content. - Strong organizational ability, deadline orientation, and attention to detail. - Team‑player mindset with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field. - Apprenticeship eligibility; no additional certifications required.
