**Job title:** Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions for consulting clients. Drive data‑driven decision making by building data warehouses, dashboards, and reports while managing a team of BI professionals. Deliver high‑quality, actionable insights in a client‑facing, fast‑paced consulting environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and build scalable data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and BI tools.
- Formulate and execute end‑to‑end BI strategies that align with client objectives.
- Lead a small team of BI analysts; review work, provide mentorship, and enforce best practices.
- Conduct data quality audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with BI technologies, emerging trends, and industry standards.
- Present analyses and insights to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and data visualization.
- Experience building and optimizing data warehouses, data marts, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Project management experience: planning, budgeting, risk management, and client reporting.
- Leadership and coaching capability for a multidisciplinary team under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for client presentations.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing client needs and high‑pressure environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or equivalent) are advantageous.
