**Job Title:** Senior Director of Software Engineering **Role Summary:** Lead the architecture, development, and expansion of a high‑impact integration and platform engineering team focused on cloud‑native SaaS solutions that integrate advertising, marketing, and consumer data platforms. Drive transformation from roadmap to reliable, scalable production releases while ensuring data privacy and secure collaboration. **Expectations:** • Deliver enterprise‑grade, high‑availability systems on time and within scope. • Navigate cross‑functional alignment with product and data‑privacy stakeholders. • Mentor and grow a distributed engineering organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate product roadmaps into scalable engineering solutions. - Oversee end‑to‑end delivery from early releases to production. - Ensure quality, reliability, and performance across multiple integration tracks. - Lead integrations with major advertising, marketing, and data platforms. - Manage privacy‑centric data collaboration environments and secure data‑sharing workflows. - Guide server‑side API integrations with large platform partners. - Build and maintain data connectivity solutions with third‑party intermediaries. - Define and evolve system architecture for high‑scale SaaS products. - Improve modularity, scalability, observability, and performance across the platform. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise‑scale software architectures. - 4+ years building and operating cloud‑based SaaS platforms. - Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams. - Strong background in API development and third‑party system integrations. - Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data infrastructure, and large‑scale data processing systems. - Design and operate high‑volume, high‑availability systems. - Knowledge of advertising/marketing technology or large‑scale consumer data platforms. - Expertise in secure data environments and enterprise‑grade APIs. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are a plus.
