Job Description: **Job Title:** RevOps Consultant Intern **Role Summary:** A 6‑month full‑time paid internship focused on supporting small and medium enterprises in optimizing their sales and marketing processes. The intern will collaborate with clients to map their sales and marketing journeys, identify opportunities for process automation, develop dashboards, create training materials, analyze performance data, and recommend CRM activation improvements. **Expectations:** - Final‑year student in business school, engineering, or equivalent (M2 level). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Eagerness to learn, moderate autonomy appropriate for an internship, and motivation to develop a client‑centric mindset. - Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced environment and build rapport with clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide clients through identification of their sales and marketing journeys. - Pinpoint CRM features that simplify lead qualification and the sales process. - Design and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs. - Conduct client milestone meetings and present findings. - Produce training materials and facilitate user adoption workshops. - Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to assess performance. - Recommend enhancements for CRM activation (acquisition and/or retention). **Required Skills:** - Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce. - Data analysis and visualization (Excel/Sheets, BI tools). - Ability to create clear reports, dashboards, and training content. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in client‑facing settings. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a Master’s or equivalent M2 program in business administration, engineering, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required; familiarity with CRM fundamentals and data analytics is essential.
