Product Manager – AI-First Healthcare Platform
**Role Summary**
Lead strategy and delivery of the core Smart List Engine (SLE) and campaign capabilities, turning an AI‑first roadmap into shipped, measurable product outcomes in a regulated healthcare setting.
**Expectations**
- Deliver product features quickly while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain continuous customer engagement to validate assumptions and refine solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own product strategy for SLE and campaign modules, including discovery, prioritization, and sequencing of AI‑enabled bets.
- Conduct user interviews, shadow calls, and prototype validations to surface pain points and test hypotheses.
- Translate company AI strategy into clear, outcome‑driven product requirements and roadmaps.
- Partner with engineering to define scope, prototype, build, test, and deploy features; write concise, outcome‑focused requirements.
- Run experiments, gather feedback, and iterate quickly using incremental releases and fast feedback loops.
- Ensure AI‑driven decisioning is explainable, testable, and delivers measurable value.
- Align product direction with cross‑functional stakeholders and adjust roadmap based on market and regulatory signals.
**Required Skills**
- 4+ years product management experience in SaaS or platform products.
- Proven track record of shipping complex products with engineering teams.
- Experience owning core platform or workflow‑driven products.
- Deep customer empathy and continuous user interaction.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast‑changing environments.
- Systems thinking: ability to connect data, workflows, and outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Pragmatic, action‑oriented, detail‑focused.
- Collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AI, automation, or agentic workflows (strong plus).
- Healthcare or health‑IT product experience (strong plus).
- CRM, outbound marketing, or campaign‑driven product experience (strong plus).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Product management certifications (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Marketing, CSPO) or advanced degrees (MBA) are a plus but not mandatory.
