**Job Title** AI Analyst **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning solutions that deliver business and technical value. Lead data‑driven initiatives, communicate insights to stakeholders, and orchestrate cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated information systems. **Expectations** * Permanent full‑time (35 hrs/week) * Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML or advanced data analytics * Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to Baccalauréat) * Fluent in English (official work language) * Authorized to work in Canada **Key Responsibilities** * Build and validate predictive models using supervised and ensemble techniques. * Develop SQL queries and business‑logic scripts to generate reports and dashboards. * Explore large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. * Document technical requirements and data‑model specifications to meet business needs. * Create data‑visualization artifacts to communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences. * Design, develop, and implement IT and data‑management systems. * Recommend strategies, policies, and governance frameworks for information systems. * Lead and coordinate teams of software developers, data engineers, and system administrators. * Conduct quality‑control assessments of software products and information systems. * Define data‑quality policies, standards, and data‑model governance. **Required Skills** * Programming: Python, SQL * Version control: Git * Data analysis & visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) * Image‑processing libraries (e.g., OpenCV, PIL) * Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems * Experience with ensemble‑learning, feature engineering, and model deployment * System integration, process‑control software, and database management * Quality‑assurance frameworks and risk‑based evaluation **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. * Professional certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, or equivalent).
