Job Description

**Job Title** Senior Manager Membership & Services **Role Summary** Lead the Membership & Services function, driving member experience improvement and the development of value‑adding collaborative platforms. Oversee a cross‑functional team, set standardized account and project processes, and partner with external organisations to enhance corporate sustainability impact. **Expactations** - Deliver measurable growth in member acquisition and retention. - Increase member satisfaction and perceived value of services. - Expand and innovate the service portfolio aligned with evolving sustainability agendas. - Represent the organisation at external events and stakeholder engagements. - Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team and influence organisational direction. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and coach a high‑performance Membership & Services team. - Standardise account‑ and project‑management practices to ensure consistency and quality. - Analyse member needs, market trends, and sustainability developments to inform service design. - Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, NGOs, and industry networks. - Represent the organisation at conferences, roundtables, and partner events. - Monitor, report, and optimise member satisfaction, recruitment metrics, and service utilisation. - Facilitate cross‑team collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organisation. **Required Skills** - Strategic and analytical thinking with a track record in business development. - Strong stakeholder management, especially with corporate sustainability leaders. - Proven experience leading and coaching teams in complex, multistakeholder environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication, fluent in English and at least one additional EU language. - Project and portfolio management capabilities. - Deep understanding of corporate sustainability topics and business impact. - Ability to travel (≈20%) and work within an international setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sustainability, management or a related discipline. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus. - Legal work authorization within the European Union.
