Job Title: Chief Brand Officer Role Summary: Senior executive responsible for defining and executing a global brand vision, driving creative direction across all consumer touchpoints, and scaling the brand to iconic status in health and wellness markets worldwide. Expectations: • 18+ years of senior branding/marketing leadership, preferably in consumer‑facing industries. • Proven track record scaling brands across multiple regions with cultural fluency. • Ability to blend creative instincts with data‑driven decision making. • Demonstrated experience leading globally dispersed teams (30+). • Executive presence and strong influencing skills for boardrooms, investors, media, and public forums. • Comfort thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a long‑term, globally relevant brand vision aligned with business goals. • Provide creative direction for digital, retail, packaging, partnership, and experiential touchpoints. • Define brand architecture and position a multi‑product portfolio. • Lead global campaign strategy and optimize performance across U.S., EMEA, and APAC markets. • Manage and mentor a 30‑person brand team across key global hubs. • Oversee strategic communications and reputation management during critical moments. • Represent the brand in investor decks, media engagements, and public forums. • Align brand initiatives with product, growth, and customer experience functions. • Ensure brand governance, consistency, and trust across all markets.
