**Job Title:** NetSuite Developer
**Role Summary:** Hands-on developer to stabilize, optimize, and scale NetSuite implementation in a post-implementation phase. Focus on customizations, integrations, and performance improvements to support business growth.
**Expectations:** Own complex development tasks, reduce technical debt, enhance system reliability, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations (SuiteScript 2.x, workflows, custom records, scheduled scripts, RESTlets).
- Optimize scripts for performance and scalability, addressing order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), inventory, WMS, fulfillment, pricing, and financial processes.
- Build and troubleshoot integrations with WMS, CRM, e-commerce, shipping, and EDI systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Manage data imports/transformations, deployment across environments (Sandbox/Production), UAT fixes, and controlled releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, document technical designs, and improve system governance.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years NetSuite development (SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteTalk).
- Mastery of NetSuite ERP architecture, customizations, and workflows.
- Expertise in inventory/sales order management, fulfillment, and financial processes.
- API integration experience (REST/SOAP/SuiteTalk), middleware tools (Celigo, Boomi).
- Strong problem-solving, refactoring legacy scripts, and technical documentation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).
- Experience with WMS/distribution systems, SuiteAnalytics/NSAW (preferred).
