**Job Title** Events, Social Media and PR Intern **Role Summary** Hands‑on internship supporting property‑focused events, media relations and social media initiatives. Works within a small, collaborative team, contributing to planning, execution and post‑event reporting, while creating engaging digital content for Instagram and TikTok. **Expactations** - Enthusiastic learner eager to jump into events, PR and social media. - Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team. - Friendly, confident communicator comfortable engaging with suppliers, media and influencers. - Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritising during busy periods. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist planning and delivery of property launches, press days and influencer events. - Conduct research for event concepts, supplier shortlists and guest lists. - Support supplier booking, catering coordination and on‑day logistics (setup to pack‑down). - Capture event content, compile post‑event reports and track coverage. - Draft press releases, website copy and media lists. - Monitor media and produce monitoring reports. - Create social media content: storyboard, film, and edit IG Reels and TikTok videos. - Generate blog material and support social media activations, contests and influencer partnerships. - Track monthly analytics and produce performance reports. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Social media savvy – experience creating engaging Instagram and TikTok content. - Organized, proactive with meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines. - Basic copywriting and editing ability. - Research skills and familiarity with media monitoring tools. - Creative thinking for PR campaigns and social‑first activations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university degree (any relevant subject). - No specific certifications required.
