Job Title: Client Solutions Architect
Role Summary: Lead design, delivery, and optimization of secure, scalable cloud and infrastructure solutions for regulated clients while acting as a strategic advisor and managing cross‑functional teams and quarterly business reviews.
Expectations: Deliver enterprise‑grade architectures that meet performance, security, and compliance standards; drive measurable value; manage multiple client engagements concurrently; maintain strong client relationships and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to elicit client requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions and architect end‑to‑end solutions across on‑prem, Azure, AWS, private cloud, networking, and security.
- Produce high‑level and detailed architecture documentation, including decks, current‑state, future‑state diagrams, and key initiatives.
- Evaluate, select, and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies aligned with best practices and compliance.
- Write and deliver solution proposals for new business, enhancements, or change requests.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews: present automated reports, risk trends, and opportunities; capture and track action items.
- Oversee implementation, migration, and onboarding activities, ensuring alignment with architectural intent, security, and scalability.
- Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Identify emerging technologies and innovations to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate on budgeting, financial planning, and ROI justification for client initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or solutions architecture experience (MSP preferred).
- Deep expertise in Azure, AWS, VMware/Hyper‑V, networking, and security domains.
- Proven experience leading QBRs, executive presentations, and strategic IT planning.
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage concurrent client projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
- Analytical capability to derive insights from operational data and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and enterprise communication platforms.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements, data center visits, or vendor meetings.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent Azure certification; AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional preferred.
- Relevant Cisco, CompTIA, or other infrastructure certifications (e.g., CCNA, VCP, VMWare Certified Professional) preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to obtaining or maintaining industry‑recognized certifications.
