Job Description

**Job title** AWS DevOps Engineer **Role Summary** Design, deploy and maintain AWS‑based infrastructure and automated CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and operations of applications in a team setting. **Expectations** - 18 months to 3 years of hands‑on AWS DevOps experience. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse, multidisciplinary teams. - Positive, can‑do mindset and strong communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Provision and manage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) using IaC (CloudFormation, Terraform). - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, Git or equivalent. - Automate deployments, configuration, and scaling of applications. - Monitor infrastructure using CloudWatch, CloudTrail and alerting tools; respond to incidents. - Collaborate with developers, QA and operations to integrate new features and resolve issues. **Required Skills** - Proficient with AWS services (compute, storage, networking, security). - Experience with DevOps tooling (CI/CD, version control, containerization such as Docker). - Scripting in Python, Bash or similar. - Understanding of IaC and best practices for infrastructure automation. - Knowledge of monitoring, logging and alerting on AWS. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience). - AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate preferred.

Job Title: Java Tech Lead Role Summary: Lead the design and implementation of high‑scale, event‑driven Java systems. Act as both architect and engineering leader, driving strategic planning and hands‑on delivery within a 6‑month contract (extendable to 18 months). Deliver robust, scalable solutions while mentoring the engineering team. Expactations: • Deliver scalable event‑driven architecture that meets performance and reliability goals. • Own end‑to‑end system design, from requirements to production deployment. • Mentor and coach developers, ensuring code quality and best practices. • Collaborate with product, operations, and business stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Define system architecture and technical direction for event‑driven microservices. • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and capacity planning. • Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes. • Resolve complex technical challenges and provide guidance on architectural trade‑offs. • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigations to senior stakeholders. Required Skills: • 10+ years of professional Java development experience. • Deep expertise in event‑driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). • Strong knowledge of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance. • Hands‑on experience with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). • Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). • Excellent communication, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.
