**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end customer solutions within a Software Factory environment. Drive the full software lifecycle—development, testing, deployment, operation, and support—while leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance productivity and solution quality. **Expectations:** - Customer‑focused engineering with clear communication to stakeholders. - Self‑directed learning to fill gaps quickly. - Adherence to principles of excellence, curiosity, ownership, agency, honesty, and radical candor. - Alignment with agile, data‑centric, and AI‑driven engineering practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build scalable, fully‑managed web applications using Python, TypeScript, and React. - Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the internal Software Factory platform. - Own feature delivery from concept through production support. - Integrate and operate AI/ML components, fine‑tune models, and evaluate performance. - Apply DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, Docker, AWS CDK) for CI/CD, infrastructure, and security. - Continuously assess and adopt emerging software paradigms and AI tools to improve engineering processes. **Required Skills:** - Extensive professional experience in full‑stack web development (Python, TypeScript, React). - Proficiency in data structures and AWS services. - Strong problem‑solving and ownership mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Bonus: - Deep expertise in data engineering, ML engineering, or data science (e.g., LLM integration, model fine‑tuning). - Hands‑on DevOps, security, and cloud infrastructure experience (GitHub Actions, Docker, AWS CDK). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
