**Job Title:** Territory Sales Manager - Flexible Food Packaging **Role Summary:** Achieve sales targets for plastic packaging solutions in assigned French regions, focusing on B2B customer acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis to drive business growth. **Expectations:** - Meet short, medium, and long-term sales targets for flexible food packaging (printed films, bags, label printing). - Proactively develop new customer pipelines and maintain existing accounts across large, medium, and small businesses. - Execute annual sales plans, manage budgets, and analyze market/data trends to inform strategic decisions. - Optimize CRM systems for visit reporting, customer documentation, and sales activity tracking. - Propose new sales channels and product portfolio improvements based on customer feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with Quality Management (QM) teams. - Monitor competitors and price trends to refine sales strategies. - Negotiate pricing and terms with approval from sales leadership. - Coordinate with internal departments to expedite decisions and resolve customer needs. **Required Skills:** - Fluent/native French with professional English proficiency; Italian proficiency preferred. - Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis tools. - Strong B2B sales experience, including account management and pipeline development. - Strategic planning and budget management capabilities. - Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Commercial degree (e.g., BTS, DUT, Licence Professionnelle, or Master’s) or equivalent business qualification. - Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience; packaging industry/plastic packaging experience preferred. - Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned region.
