**Job Title:** Account Executive (Inbound Sales) **Role Summary:** Inbound sales specialist responsible for turning qualified leads into signed contracts in the telecom sector. Focus exclusively on sales closing; no project or post‑sales duties. **Expectations:** - 100 % closing of inbound leads. - Meet or exceed volume and revenue targets. - High qualification trajectory (OTE €45 k–130 k). - Demonstrated resilience to rejection and a competitive mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Receive and process incoming qualified leads. - Conduct needs assessment and present tailored solutions. - Negotiate terms, address objections, and secure contract signatures. - Log all interactions in the CRM and maintain sales pipeline visibility. - Close deals within the agreed timeframe, then hand off signed contracts to delivery teams. - Achieve individual quota and maintain high conversion rates. **Required Skills:** - Persuasive, consultative communication. - Rapid question‑asking & objection handling. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable with high volume. - Ability to turn “no” into a new opportunity. - Prior sales experience (short‑cycle or telecom preferred). - Comfortable with autonomous work and KPI ownership. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum high‑school diploma (equivalent). - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred but not mandatory. - Sales certifications (e.g., CSM, HubSpot Sales, or similar) not required.
