**Job Title**
Linux Administrator (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Maintain and secure a portfolio of industrial infrastructure tools, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and continuous improvement. Work within a multidisciplinary team to validate, evolve, and support operational tools and apply DevSecOps practices.
**Expectations**
- Operate autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deliver technical solutions with a focus on documentation, security, and compliance.
- Communicate effectively in French and English, producing clear reports and user guides.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor application health and promptly resolve incidents and bugs.
- Develop, test, and deploy scripts, plugins, and small utilities.
- Perform application updates, migrations, and new tool installations.
- Maintain server configurations for Apache, Nginx, IIS, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL.
- Manage ITSM, supervision, inventory, and logging systems.
- Implement DevSecOps workflows: Git, CI/CD, Docker, artifact repositories, and code quality tools.
- Ensure data pipelines and log analytics meet operational needs.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfers.
- Conduct technology and security watch‑duty to stay ahead of risks.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced command‑line proficiency on Linux.
- Server administration and configuration for Web, Mail, and Database stacks.
- Experience with supervision (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix), inventory, and enterprise ticketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD tools.
- Proficient in scripting: Shell, Python; familiarity with SQL, PHP, HTML.
- Ability to analyze logs and data streams.
- Technical English reading and research competence.
- Adaptability, multitasking, autonomy, meticulous documentation, and technical curiosity.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Linux Professional Institute Certification, Red Hat Certified Engineer, Docker Certified Associate) preferred but not mandatory.
