**Role Summary**
Architect and deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that solve complex business problems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, platform best practices, and long‑term digital transformation strategies. Lead the design of solution scopes, drive pre‑sales activities, govern delivery quality, and mentor peers while steering the adoption of emerging ServiceNow capabilities.

- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating strategic goals into functional specifications.
- Ensure consistent quality across design, delivery, and go‑live phases, meeting performance and compliance standards.
- Continuously drive platform evolution, integrating AI, analytics, and automation to maximize ROI.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define end‑to‑end architectures for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM modules, covering process, data, integrations, security, and UX.
- Translate business requirements into design‐ready specifications and validate against enterprise architecture and ServiceNow roadmaps.
- Lead pre‑sales solution definition, RFP responses, architecture workshops, and executive presentations.
- Govern delivery against approved designs, serving as escalation point for integration and scope changes.
- Mentor junior architects and support CoE initiatives, contributing to best‑practice libraries.
- Identify and promote adoption of advanced capabilities (AI Search, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Automation Engine, Gen‑AI workflows).
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years in ServiceNow solution architecture or enterprise application consulting.
- Deep cross‑domain expertise across ServiceNow modules and integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server).
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4, enterprise service management, and digital workflow design.
- Proven ability to lead large, global ServiceNow programs and work with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Certified ServiceNow Solution Architect (CSA).
- Two (≥2) ServiceNow Certified Integration Specialist (CIS) certifications in any streams.
- Advanced ServiceNow domain certification (e.g., ITOM Pro).
- Certified Analytics for Deployment (CAD).
- Preferred: ITIL v4 Foundation or higher; ServiceNow micro‑certifications (IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics).
- Optional: Cloud/Enterprise Architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, IT4IT).
