**Job Title**
Supply Chain Manager
**Role Summary**
Oversee the strategic supply network for industrial and medical customers, managing multi‑supplier relationships across the North Division. Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and service continuity while collaborating with Supply Chain, Business Development, and Operations teams.
**Expectations**
* Build and sustain a stable, high‑performance supplier network.
* Achieve measurable cost savings and service level improvements.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
* Travel up to 20% for audits, site visits, and relationship building.
* Utilize Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Establish and nurture supplier partnership agreements and formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Develop and execute procurement strategies with stakeholders to reduce total cost and improve availability, quality, service, and innovation.
* Negotiate, execute, and monitor supplier contracts to maximize value and mitigate risk.
* Continuously optimize the network through spend analysis and value enhancement initiatives.
* Conduct market and risk analyses to inform industry‑wide strategies.
* Own supplier qualification processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Compile and analyze data to identify network optimization opportunities.
* Attend supplier tours, audits, and provide after‑hours support as required.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Support special or cross‑functional projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years progressive experience in supply chain management, procurement, sourcing, or supplier relationship management, preferably in industrial, medical, or regulated environments.
* Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent are beneficial but not mandatory.
